2017 preview: Invictus CX is a whole new range

2017 Boot Düsseldorf will mark the world debut for Invictus CX, a new lineup by the Italian boatyard. First model will be 280CX.
Invictus CX widens the offer from Aschenez boatyard, coming up alongside the existing FX (sporty cruisers with outboard engine) and SX (open with sterndrives). Invictus CX is actually a mix of the technical and style elements of the other models, starting with the hull, adding a living area amidships and a proper cabin with separate heads belowdecks. All of this, in the unmistakable design by Christian Grande.
Invictus CX: first to come is 280CX
First of the new series is the 280CX, which will be officially presented next January during the Boot Düsseldorf (21-29 January 2017). The new Invictus will feature the same dimensions, weight and performance of the 280SX sister. Still from the "X" range, there's style similarities in the layout of the helmstation, in particular for the vertical shape that allows a precise driving, thanks to a correct ergonomic setting. The stern of Invictus CX series is characterized by the large sunbed and L-shaped dinette with central table. The heart of the "living" area is amidships, with the "stand up" driver's seat which can be easily transformed to complete the aft dinette, creating a full seating around the table, for those who enjoy their boat also as a convivial place. Protection from the sun during the hottest hours is guaranteed by the retractable awning normally housed in the bow which extends over the entire cockpit.
