Yot 41, the Power Catamarans' family grows with a new 12 meter addition
Just one year after launching the Yot 36, the French shipyard unveiled its new 12.57-meter power catamaran, the Yot 41, which features modular furniture and an abundance of onboard space.
Since introducing their first motor catamaran, the team at Canet-en-Roussillon (Occitania) has been hard at work.
With exciting innovations in hand, the French shipyard will showcase its latest creation on home turf at the prestigious event. The Yot 41 builds on the legacy of the Yot 36, expanding the family with a larger and more versatile offering, making a bold statement for 2025 at the Cannes Yachting Festival.
Yot 41: simply more
From September 10 to 15, 2024, at the Cannes Yachting Festival, boating enthusiasts will get their first look at the Yot 41, debuting in world premiere. While following the path set by its smaller sibling, the Yot 36, this new catamaran amplifies its core concepts, delivering more space, more comfort, and more power.
Designed for medium-range cruising, the Yot 41 boasts a beam of 4.5 meters. However, thanks to its innovative “Extra-Beam” feature, which allows the aft bulwarks to fold down, the width expands to 5.82 meters. This transformation creates an impressive 25-square-meter relaxation area. The centerpiece of this lounge space is the inviting sofa bed, sheltered by the hard top and equipped with a built-in refrigerator.
Yot 41: Deck and below-deck layout
The main deck is traversed by a central corridor, which, at the center of the boat, separates the pair of seats on the left from those on the right, serving the helm station protected by the windshield.
The cockpit boasts an impressive array of furnishings, with the added advantage of modular sofas that allow for various configurations of the area, serving as a sunbathing space, a dining area, or seating oriented aft towards the sea or forward towards the central living area.
Below deck, there are two separate cabins. The owner's cabin is located in the port hull, while the guest cabin is in the starboard hull.
Both cabins offer ample storage capacity and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy during your stay on board.
There are numerous customization options, both inside and out, for a catamaran that places great emphasis on style and the ability for customers to tailor their boat to their preferences.
Engine Options
At the stern, flanking the removable 1.5-meter-wide platform (an optional electric platform with a 200-kg capacity is also available for reboarding and loading/unloading toys), are the two Mercury Verado V10 outboard engines responsible for propelling the Yot 41.
With a displacement of 5.7 liters, these two V10-cylinder engines deliver 400 hp each, promising thrilling performance.
